AUSTRIAN Chef, Edgar Osojnik, has been wowing guests at Constantia’s exclusive Buitenverwachting Restaurant for over a decade.

 

This highly-renowned 40-year old, arrived with an impressive portfolio that included a three-year old apprenticeship with Austria’s Astoria Hotels; a Food and Beverage Management diploma with the Austrian Chamber of Industry, and a two year illustrious career as Sous Chef for the Grande Roche Relais & Chateaux Hotel in Paarl.
